Our vaccine situation is sadly hilarious. Our government completely fucked the dog for a year because doing very little looked great compared to the headlines that were coming out of the U.S.. Now that "Lol@Trump" has left the building we're sitting here about 6 months behind you guys. If they start being available for sale sometime after May, I'm going to seriously consider driving the 40 minutest to New York state to buy one.

Allegedly we're getting pretty much all of them. Of course our government, with 0 data to support the decision, has decided that if you get any of the 2 dose vaccines they're going to wait 4 months between doses. Because you're not be lying when you claim "Everyone got a vaccine" after they've had the first of their 2 doses.
For the aforementioned reasons I'm really hoping I can get the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
Our government's catchphrase is 'it's not a race' which is of course code for 'we fucked up the supply and this will take 12 years'.
I became sold on the elimination strategy because I thought ultimately it would be better for the economy vs just letting the disease run rampant. But I didn't mean for an entire generation of cunts to forget that the economy is a thing and shutting it down is not good.
Everyone down here has sucked on their own nuts going 'look at how well we've done eliminating the virus' forgetting that we've had to cripple the economy to do it.

Anyone know what kind of policies there may be for people who have been exposed but are vaccinated that need to go into hospitals? The people doing the screening at the doors ask about exposure but none have mentioned "or have you been vaccinated."

Each facility is different but they may ask your friend for proof of immunization and dates or possibly a negative test.
