Q @Qat I read that the EU's contract with OAZ waived the right to sue if delivery promises weren't kept, and the UK's contract with the company did not waive this right. That's why the UK is getting its shipments as promised and the EU is only getting 40% of what was promised.

Who would be to blame for such a massive fuck-up? Von der Leyen?
