Look into Western Forest Products WEF, this time last year we were just coming back from an 8 month strike. First day back the mill goes brrrrrrr.... last I checked a couple weeks ago construction Lumber was $1100/1000 board feet which is ridiculous.

Many jobs started looking at steel construction as an alternative, but then steel went through the roof too.
Now the talk is shelving projects until some sort of normalcy returns. That's commercial multi-family stuff. Residential keeps ticking along because the demand is there and people are willing to pay it. The lower mortgage rate has a lot to do with that.
There is now a resin shortage and it's jacking up OSB production/price.
We don't talk about nvax in this house.
Down 80% today.

I'm hoping this was a shakeout ..lol..otherwise I'm fucked ..Big time! ..still holding 50,000 at an average .05 ...gonna see how this plays out till next January - April 2022 and hope for big news ..otherwise at some point gonna have to get out and take the hit ..will be my biggest hit to date should this not materialize.
