Been rolling with
EEENF
NWGC
FTXP

Not sure how much more room these bad boys are gonna run but still holding.

Might be worth a look...NWGC prolly with the most bounce to the ounce out of the three is my guess as a non financial advisor who doesn't give financial advice and has no clue what the hell he's doing.

My brother told me about EEENF last week.
Wish I would have listened.

It was up 40% today the last I looked.

Just hit a 52 week high.
Up 7.5% today to $11.58

FYI - Lumber is still at record levels and climbs higher each week. Mills are completely in control. For the month of May, futures will likely hit $1000/m - which has never happened and will only strengthen the cash markets.

To equate it to a single 2x4 8' SPF board...
This time last year: $1.86
Today: $5.48

You can fit 72 units of 2x4 8' on a railcar - so 21,168 pieces. That cost difference equates to $76,628 more per railcar that the mills are pocketing. What was a $39,373 order is now a tick over $116,000.

Lumber mills are printing money faster than DC is for the stimmies.

Yes- These increases are being passed down the line to the end user (homebuyer).
Look into Western Forest Products WEF, this time last year we were just coming back from an 8 month strike. First day back the mill goes brrrrrrr.... last I checked a couple weeks ago construction Lumber was $1100/1000 board feet which is ridiculous.

Stocks nearing 2 bucks will go higher

Damn. It’s crazy how much lumber price has gone up. I needed a sheet of OSB recently and it was almost $45 at Home Depot. Used to be like $20ish.

it’s driving up the cost of new construction here for sure.
Neighbour is doing some renovations he was showing me what he was doing and he said it wasn't bad paid 13 for a 2x4.... I fucking near puked

It is absolutely ridiculous.

Many jobs started looking at steel construction as an alternative, but then steel went through the roof too.

Now the talk is shelving projects until some sort of normalcy returns. That's commercial multi-family stuff. Residential keeps ticking along because the demand is there and people are willing to pay it. The lower mortgage rate has a lot to do with that.

There is now a resin shortage and it's jacking up OSB production/price.

My diamond hands in AMC cost me 8k - unless it bounces back up.

And I sold NVAX way too early - only made $1k profit instead of $16k

Sucks when it happens - but it happens to everyone.
We don't talk about nvax in this house.

WEF not listed on the 2 brokerages I deal with but...

Found it...
WFSTF
It's OTC

They recently sold some "non-core assets" to pay off debt and to help in long term strategic initiatives.

PENN down another 3% today due to Dave Portnoy's leaked sex tape. LMAO. After being a rocket since March 2020 (the stock price, not Portnoy's knob), it'a had a rough month.

52 week high of $142 currently trading at $104

Apple finally seeing some upward momentum.

Been pretty stagnant for 6 months. Still a tick below $130. Thought for sure it would be pushing $170 by now.

Lars @Lars is a big crypto guy. If things keeps going well for him in the crypto game he will be able to drop one of his janitorial engineer jobs by 2024.
