I am not personally familiar with the exact policies for weigh ins in Nevada, but generally when a fighter misses weight the decision to continue on with the fight goes to the opposing fighter, with possible cancellation of the fight from the commission (possibly with input from a physician) on a case by case basis.

We talked a while back about in general what happens when a fighter comes in underweight, but I don’t think we discussed specific commissions policies around missing weight or weight differentials.
Would not be the first time I forgot about a conversation though, so you could be right.
