I think now that Izzy got exposed on the ground by Blachowicz, there will be a blueprint for everyone going forward on where they want to get the fight. Blacho made it look easy. Granted Blachowicz is a big dude, but Whittaker has the wrestling chops and all around game to make shit ugly. Not to mention that the first time he was full of doubt, confidence was shaky. He’s in a different place mentally now, picking up 3 huge wins over big names in the division, so I see an entirely different Whittaker showing up. The mental part makes a HUGE difference! It’s like having a fresh set of batteries instead of the spent ones. You feel more aware, more able, more capable, you trust yourself to make the right move, there is no hesitation, you pull the trigger without doubt... it changes EVERYTHING! I think Izzy coming off his first loss will be the one facing a bit of doubt and weary of the takedown. Let’s see how #2 plays out!
