Similar to Spot FX but even spot fx has more transparency then crypto
That said every trader on our floor has to have this displayed
above their trade station at all times and I think it also applies
to Crypto.

have you watched the HBO show "industry"
i found it pretty entertaining. focuses on analyst class, primarily sellside sales. but one or two in research. maybe a couple in trading
i got a major kick out of a few of the VPs, EDs, and MDs
and the drama isnt just about the analysts, but also the dynamics among EDs wanting to become an MD, and shit like that.
