yup. from green house seeds! bought at the headshop in my town.
this exact package, wife got them for me as one of my presents for my b-day. 5 pack for $50.
it is my first time growing this strain. and this strain happens to be my favorite type of weed so I am pretty psyched.
if you wanted you can go back through the thread and follow my 2 outdoor grows from this year. I got an ounce off of my Hawaiian Snow plant. but it was only 2.5 ft tall. and the other was 6ft tall but went male and I killed him with the quickness haha.
I don't know how I missed this thread. What strains you guys getting? I just put an order in for some Sunset Sherbet for evening relaxation or if my back is acting up and some Green Crack for the morning time focus. Just have a one hitter chameleon pipe in a stash box because I'm not a full blown stoner lol. I'm not in a MM state and our weed here is terrible, so I get mine from cali off the darknet
T5 works amazing for veg. Why only 600 watts? If you can cool it, i strongly recommend a 1000 watt HPS for flower. you will always be left wondering if it would make a difference. Yes it will. Where around Socal you at? I got a whole fucking garden room for sale lol. Also in a tent you will need a protable AC to pump cold air in. If no cooling fan in the world will keep that tent under 100 degrees even with just a 600.
@RJJH is onto something with the LED lighting. Heat is a killer. 2 biggest electricity users are lights and the AC in my grow room. With LED's there is no heat to cool. Im just not 100% sold on them. Im at like 80%. Lol

I'm not against using 1000's,just figured 600's would help with heat and the electric bill.
The pricing on the LED's need to come down,way too expensive.
I'm in Riverside County/Inland Empire,not the most friendly county for growers from what I've read. I'm curious to see what happens when ab266 goes live.
Oh buddy, does this seem like a walk down memory lane. Before you know it you will out grow that closet and be renting a second house for your grow. Im kidding, well kibd of. At least thats what happened to me.
I know the LED lights are expensive but unless you have adequate AC for a HPS light, whether its a 600, or a 1000 you will be wasting your time. Im sorry, I know you dont want to hear that. Any HPS or MH ballast and light puts off so much heat, this will destroy your crop. Even putting the ballast outside the room wont save you. If you dont spend the money on the LED light right now, you will spend the same amount of money for the electricity needed to cool the closet and light it up, every month. Closets dont work that well. Even if you cut a whole in the ceiling and install an attic fan. HPS puts off ridiculous heat. I have been through all the bumps and bruises with this process.
you guys keep saying LED is expensive. its 2015. my 300w LED was $80. and you see the results in this thread.

No. I ran 6 inch vortex fan on a charcoal filter through three hoods at one point. I still needed a AC. It will drop the temp of the room significantly but the temp right under the hoods will be way to high. I learned all this the hard way. George Cervantes wrote

What you need is three Auto flowering plants spaced 4 weeks apart so you get one a month.
Also Louisiana is warm year round right? That means outdoor is an option if you can hide a 2 foot plant somewhere you're good.
