Fourth person linked to former congressman Scott Taylor’s campaign is charged with election fraud
A fourth person who worked on former Virginia congressman Scott Taylor’s failed 2018 reelection bid has been charged with election fraud and turned himself in to authorities on Monday.
Rob Catron, who worked as a campaign consultant for Taylor (R), was indicted June 21 on 10 counts of making a false statement and election fraud, a felony, according to court records. WAVY News 10 first reported the indictment.

I don't know about impressive, it's basically imitating what you hear and read.
I remember I was once corrected here for case and point / case in point. Acoustically they are so similar I prolly heard it somewhere, assumed it was an and, and thus used it that way.
