NW is pretty fucked up except for the coast and areas that have maintained marine air flowing inland

So far my spot has lucked out with only a few smokey days, last year we had the worst air in the world (china included) for 3+ weeks

I wear a N100 on the shitty air days now to save my throat

ya that doesn't add up
Set them up a automated drip system this winter if they have abundant water, I have built a few really nice ones for cannabis growers.
I want to do that for my parents but they are scared to because they have very limited water, their well produces 2 gallons a minute and they don't pump it for more than an hour a day...Desert climate.
Most of their water supply is rain capture from the roofs.

they got tons of water. a creek runs thru the back yard . if i set them up a feed system then the old man wouldnt have a sprinkler to move every 2 hours . it would ruin his life lol

jeezus J @Jason I just saw footage of that Mt Law fire on BC1. That looks like some kind of a biblical calamity. The firefighters say they're scared.

And wtf is with tourists going there against a provincial directive and booking all the hotel rooms?

My dad is 73 and he feels the need to run chainsaw cutting juniper trees or manually pull weeds and trim buckbrush with dull loppers every day that the weather allows on his property. He makes huge burn piles all year long and burns them when the county allows burning. Keeps him somewhat sane.
