Here's some analogies to help:
Are you familiar with the draft? The government forcing citizens to do something regardless of that citizen's desire to, for the good of the nation, oftentimes in direct opposition to the good of the individual? I think there are a lot of fairly obvious similarities between conscription and vaccination.
On the opposite side, there are also parallels between abortion and vaccination- sovereignty over one's body. I believe there were even some dummies using "My body, my choice" signs about masks back in 2020.
