I'm not celebrating anybody getting hurt or dying whether from covid pre vaccine, covid post vaccine, or from the vaccine itself
Sadly there are hundreds of thousands of people taking pride in threads like this and hunting down things to post, regardless of their validity
Welcome to another level of the divide and conquer...2020 and 2021 has really turned some folks into monsters IMO

For myself, the experience of reading the thread has been one of sadness at the pointless deaths, and the campaign against simple measures, and the attack on science in general. Coupled with a little bit of sanctimony and morbid humor, and using them to illustrate an important point, it works for me.

I just don't think you and others realize you have been weaponized

Some have been weaponized to look down upon, and even celebrate the death of a group they are not in(not everybody, but some in this thread are getting hard-ons over it).
The Vaccinated have been weaponized(by our trusted media, MSM and Social Media) to shame and search for the suffering of the unvaccinated, it is really ugly to see people lose empathy and meme over peoples death(Hermain Cain awards, Covid Darwin, etc...etc...)

The media has the some of the vaccinated foaming at the mouth to shame, attack, and look down upon those that aren't "trusting science" or "doing their part"...all over a largely untested brand new vaccine(therapy) that obviously isn't accomplishing all that it was said to.

I suppose the word weaponized doesn't apply to me since it's just an opinion I've formed from my point of view.
I don't think it applies to everyone...there are levels to this shit...I made sure not to broadly label in my explanation, I did use "you" in the post you wanted expanded upon and I would change that wording to "may have been weaponized" now that I re-read it.
I do think people are easily weaponized on both sides of any debate/issue...I just think we should all be aware of that mechanism.
I have barely read any of this thread so I don't know who is really enjoying this stuff, other than the obvious one/ones.
When you think about it, seems odd that one can have "some" empathy, a mix of positive and negative emotions.

I don't know how it is where you live, but here(super blue state) we literally have a decent portion of folks that are wishing death on unvaxxed people, wishing for them to have zero rights and for them to lose their jobs...It is scary, I consider those people weaponized...They are not a majority but they exist and are very vocal.

Worst part is the media is pushing the grave dancing without any shame. Tucker not too long ago pointed this out and brought up how people who die of AIDS or Diabetes never get this grave dancing ridicule but the media has been on Covid deaths 24-7...

Lol at the moral high ground. I find people only have empathy when it's on "their side". You care about life wear a mask when you go out in public. Won't protect you but it's the least one could do. Keep your germ to yourselves. All these people who have died were at one point out there spreading this shit without a care in the world. MuH rIgHtS! How many did they infect before going to the hospital? No doubt it's sad. Family losing a loved one. But just remember this is all a hoax. Those death numbers are inflated. It's just a flu.
