so you guys know where I'm coming from with the gasoline/battery discussion, gasoline stores energy at a density of 12k Wh/kg. The best auto battery is around 260 Wh/kg (although we could see ~ 500 Wh/kg in the next 5 years). AEV's can be about twice as efficient as current gasoline engines, but they're still a long way from being able to provide the transportation energy that the US needs.

Idk how this is even debatable. They're creating voting laws in states they dominate (i.e. the totally non racist South) that restrict access to voting for people who would overwhelmingly vote against them.
