Hes getting off. I dont even think it goes to the jury defense might file a motion to dismiss the murder charges after the prosecution rests. Theres no evidence to convict this kid

He will get a few months for the curfew and possession of the gun. Both misdemeanors I believe
The only stretch I could see is they get him for manslaughter on Huber because he tried to run like a bitch after hitting kyle from behind but I thinks its unlikely

The self defense claim is looking very good. He was chased by a masked man who threatened him earlier while another person ziminski shoots in the air. kyle was cornered and turns around he removes rosenbaum

Huber attacked him while he was trying to go police. He gets his due

Gage fake surrenders after kyle says hes going to police and then tries to kill kyle. Loses his arm and the quickdraw

If I'm holding a illegal gun and someone attacks me, robs me whatever I can still defend myself and then deal with the gun charge. It doesnt override the self defense

Watch the trial highlights. This prosecutor is trying to win a case with nothing and it's funny seeing him try so hard. Kyle and his attorneys are trying not to laugh

I would say everyone is the asshole here. The rioters were opportunists looking for a reason, but so was Rittenhaus.

My favorite part is when someone with a camera interviews him about why he's there and he says "to render first aid" with his AR slung over his shoulder LOL.

Gage now saying he saw kyle earlier in the night treating protestors for injuries

Other protestors yelling to not let kyle or his friends treat them. Seems like kyle and his guys were trying to help while being threatened.

Sets the environment well. Strange the prosecution is admitting that Kyle and the "militia" were aiding injuries and trying to protect property.

Gage also admitted he was illegally carrying a handgun also and parked far away to keep his car safe

Rosenbaum threatened people that night.
