State fumbled again today.
Had the medical examiner basically say the gunshots were from very close range and the gun was being touched in the rosenbaum and huber shooting due to stipling on the bodies.
Also found out the prosecutors dismissed any potential jurors that knew what "stipling" was. Seems like they didnt want anyone that would understand chomo was very close to the gun. Tried to say initially rosenbaum was chased by kyle and shot from 10 feet away but it didnt seem that way to the states witness. Blunders again

@Sound System wife would be like. Said she supported BLM until they started destroying the city. She was pretty a pretty good witness all together. State tried to paint her like kyle and I think that backfired cause she was just a nice old lady who didnt enjoy the the rioters brought. She joined others citizens to protect the city from the POS leftist crowd of chomos and wife beaters.
Then they bring an amateur photographer that seemed to be autistic. He was also great and came across very genuine and fact oriented. He pointed out the state tried to get him to change his statement. Prosecutors seemed very mean to him and even kinda threw a paper at him at one point. It came across like the prosecutor was bullying a very nice and helpful person that was possibly a little slow or just overwhelmed. He was my favorite because of how well he stayed together when being attacked for what seemed like no reason other than he ratted on the fat prosecutors dirty tactics.
It ended with the state looking dumb again. 2 days straight someone said the prosecutor tried to get them to do shady shit. Change statements or not serve search warrants.
