Outside of R/Law it seems like everybody on Reddit wants to kill this kid. It honestly makes me hope Rittenhouse gets off completely so I can read their meltdowns.

I think the whole thing is just sad and pathetic. I think it's sad that this kid that that probably could have a pretty normal life got wrapped up in some idiot fantasy and put himself in a situation just to escalate it with other idiots also looking to play out their idiot fantasies.

And despite the loss of life and messing up this kid's whole life, I can't help but hope for the same. Nothing is better than butthurt. One silver lining to the shit sandwich. Amazing amount of butt hurt to be had

Also I don't see how he doesn't get off. I've only been reading as i haven't had time to watch, But it sounds like this trial is completely separated from the other charges. This is purely murder self-defense trial with no consideration of the other charges? If isolated I don't see how he is found guilty.
