if a tard thinks you're a tard, you're probably the opposite of a tard.

FINGERS @KYLE RITTENHOUSE

just so i'm not confusing anyone, i don't think him being there was helping anyone. But he wasn't hurting anyone until people tried to hurt him.

the other people, the ones he shot and others like them, were there with the intent of hurting people. Hurting local business owners, hurting anyone who tried to stop them.

KR was young and dumb and made tactical mistakes that no actual LE or military person with experience would make. At the end of the day, he lived with emotional scars and others died or carry physical scars.

they're all idiots

it's also worth remembering that the people who attacked him have legal records where they assaulted helpless people.

not that people with records can't be good people, but if you have a history of initiating violence against helpless people (such as a chubby-cheeked 17 yo who you don't think has the sand to shoot you), then I don't give the purity of your motives the benefit of the doubt.

Seriously?

@Cody , is this true?!
The prosecutor has clearly stated that he did not travel across state lines with a firearm

Kyle also owned a car and drove to work himself. I would assume he drive to kenosha himself. He was driven to the car lot that night by the owner of the lot. It's been testified by more than one person

That sparked a debate between lawyers and Judge Schroeder, who maintained the burden was on the prosecution to show the imagery remained in its "virginal state," not on the defense to prove manipulation.

that was the gist, the DA wasn't willing to offer any expert testimony. Just wanted the court to take him at his word that it was the same.
Defense was saying that the prosecution put up a witness who testified that their software used AI, and the onus was on the DA to offer other testimony or evidence...such as an expert or even knowing what s/w Apple used.

It's a long stretch to suggest that LE don't spend most of their time making tactical mistakes.

So both men were illegally possessing a firearm? Just like I stated earlier in the thread.
yes. only one of those people attacked others with their illegally carried firearm.

plot twist - it's not the one who's charged with a crime.

I’ll glad you finally came around to agreeing with me they were both in illegal possession of a firearm.
