Personal Secret Santa: Black Fridays Matter

What I think is my secret Santa gift was just dropped off on my doorstep by an unmarked car, unwrapped but with my name on a sticker on it.

The gift is awesome, but the delivery method was the clincher.

I hope you enjoy it all. Everything there is made within a few kms of my place, it’s a lil sample of the Okanagans finest. Honey is from my friends apiary, wine made down the road, weed grown in my garden and is 100% organic! Tumbler is as close its I could get to Jets burgundy ?‍♂

It’s ”The Peppermint Pig.” The box comes with a little metal hammer, a bag, and some delicious peppermint in the shape of a pig. You put the pig in the bag, everyone takes a turn bashing it with the hammer, then everyone eats a piece of the peppermint to bring you health and luck in the year to come. It’s fun for all ages and something we have been doing for almost 20 years now.

i have a 2' Sparkle Glitter Ski Pig decoration. It's the only ornament I've ever paid full price, and the only one that's out year round. I just don't turn on the lights until after Black Friday.

Haven’t traveled much since COVID. I’ll probably be back there once a quarter when things get more back to normal
