Is this true?
I was just thinking the same thing. I would hope I would sacrifice myself for my family and not worry about texting.Don't get too into the sensationalized unverified reports. Can't speak for you, but if I'm watching people being killed one by one, I'm fighting, or running, but I sure as fuck aren't going to be tweeting about it.
this report came from a radio reporter who was in the Bataclan with friends at the time but was lucky enough to escape. he was interviewed on CNN
Is this about the hostages being shot one by one ?this report came from a radio reporter who was in the Bataclan with friends at the time but was lucky enough to escape. he was interviewed on CNN
The guy who escaped says it's true.Don't get too into the sensationalized unverified reports. Can't speak for you, but if I'm watching people being killed one by one, I'm fighting, or running, but I sure as fuck aren't going to be tweeting about it.
Even if I wasn't that noble, I'm looking for a window to climb out of.I was just thinking the same thing. I would hope I would sacrifice myself for my family and not worry about texting.
This.true..but i'm sure the tweets are giving valuable info to the swat team and snipers...or whoever handles this sort of terrible situation in france.
Is this about the hostages being shot one by one ?
As long as the tweets aren't from those responsible and being used as a trap. First rule of an incident like this is to shut the fuck up. When there was an attack on parliament last year, and they weren't sure what was going on the first thing the police asked people to do was not share any info about what's going on, or their whereabouts.true..but i'm sure the tweets are giving valuable info to the swat team and snipers...or whoever handles this sort of terrible situation in france.
A clear head based on assumptions says you all bum rush the terrorists. However, we don't know what's happening. Maybe some tried and got gunned down.I was just thinking the same thing. I would hope I would sacrifice myself for my family and not worry about texting.
We have no idea how we'd react. We think we know, but we don't. Let's hope we're never in that kind of situation.Even if I wasn't that noble, I'm looking for a window to climb out of.
Is this about the hostages being shot one by one ?
Agree, I'm assuming and it's just wrong and inappropriate considering the circumstances.A clear head based on assumptions says you all bum rush the terrorists. However, we don't know what's happening. Maybe some tried and got gunned down.
i would hope people would be able to get together to save themselves...i actually hate thinking about what they must be going through.A clear head based on assumptions says you all bum rush the terrorists. However, we don't know what's happening. Maybe some tried and got gunned down.
You said it best: "A clear head based on assumptions". Who knows how clear headed we would be?A clear head based on assumptions says you all bum rush the terrorists. However, we don't know what's happening. Maybe some tried and got gunned down.
i can understand that..don't really want the killer to know where you're hiding. makes sense. hopefully they can at least text their loved one who can tell the cops what's going on inside. As long as the tweets aren't from those responsible and being used as a trap. First rule of an incident like this is to shut the fuck up. hearing they have stormed the theater.
Or they could contact the authorities. You're trying to prevent 1) False rumors from being spread. 2) The suspects from knowing about police/military movements and positions.i can understand that..don't really want the killer to know where you're hiding. makes sense. hopefully they can at least text their loved one who can tell the cops what's going on inside.
