No idea why you're always taking unprovoked shots at me but I'm sure you have your tarded reasons.

I'd expect it from a fellow Murican. With such variation in the quality of education here, many fully functioning adults are Tito Ortiz-level braindead. It wouldn't surprise me if they took all my posts about the unvaccinated personally and attacked me. Just look at the guy who claimed to be a licensed attorney. He attacks me all the time.

But you're Canadian. You don't have the education excuse. You live in a country that is 80% vaccinated and you're in the 20% with children younger than 5 and those unable to be vaccinated because of medical reasons. Except you're neither of those things.

It's very sad.
your posting provokes me, like I kinda get it, were 2 years into this and I imagine patience has run thin for alot of people but this sorta like shame and hamulate strategy is shit.

There is some pretty intelligent posters here, for more than myself, I appreciate everyones opinion but I will tell you what I see, I see people taking sides and arguing amongst each other rather than coming together for a common goal "were all in this together" and the argument is fueled by our governments. No one gave a fuck that maybe a person had a drinking problem, drug addiction, sexually transmitted disease... but with the correspondence of the governments were all in each others business now "you vaxxed" shit bitch Im not sick so???

I hope there is one thing that we can agree on, vaccinations wont eliminate Covid, welcome to the Batswana edition, Booster me up babe

There is no way to eliminate covid. Vaccination of the entire eligible population is by far the best way to nullify its effects on health systems.

Do your part and get vaccinated.

Edit - just saw that you're vaccinated. Thank you.

but... can I still text/drink and drive? eat like shit with no exercise and just be in over all poor health?

" its effects on health systems." the problem with getting people to all of a sudden care about this is... its all of a sudden

edit.... not arguing babe, just giving my thoughts none of my opinions are facts, its just what a believe is causing the hesitancy

Governments have tried to address this through tax credits, taxes and other measures but have just seen massive push back and resistance against 'big govt intervening in peoples lives'.

We still do see it addressed through things like subsidies (fruits and vegetables) and insurances. such as. health and life insurances.

True
Those things are both against the law.
True, unfortunately there is no prevention really outside of being caught and punished for it. I don't know man, the government has just lost us (not us specifically but the public in general) time for the corporations to move in

And, as @Splinty has pointed out, vaccinating an entire population is a lot more feasible than getting an entire population to stop eating like shit and to start exercising.

There are public awareness campaigns against both actions, especially drinking and driving.

Police also take steps to proactively seek out those driving under the influence through bullshit roadblocks, I dont hear much crying about the fact the rcmp can detain you for no reason and/or demand a sample of blood or saliva.

Additionally, the govt and ICBC take action against repeat drunk/high drivers through measures such as blow tests in cars and ignition locks.

We'll be fighting in the streets with our children at our feet, and the morals that they worship will be gone.
And the men who spurred us on sit in judgment of all wrong, they decide and the Facebook sings the song.
I'll tip my hat to the new constitution, take a bow for the new revolution...smile and grin at the change all around, then I'll pick up my guitar and play just like yesterday.
Then I'll get on my knees and pray we don't get fooled again.

Climate change it had to come, we knew it all along, we were liberated from the fold that's all...

I'll move myself and my family aside(if we happen to be left half alive).
I'll get all my papers and smile at the sky, though I know that the hypnotized never lie.

There'll be nothing in the streets that look any different to me, and the slogans are replaced by-the-bye.
And the parting on the left are now the parting on the right, and our beards have all grown longer overnight.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
