^ that's exactly what I'm suggesting! (gather facts before jumping to conclusions).

I'm not implying anything, I agree its too soon. Just saying keep those doors of possibility open before you make up your mind what has happened and who to hate on for it. There is a bigger puzzle happening here... this is at best a symptom of a larger issue.

I'm just encouraging people to not run with the initial sensationalist mainstream media narrative. Consider the bigger picture; refugee migrant issue, Syria, Assad, War on Terror, Globalization etc Even if it is straight up Muslim terror it must be placed into context. Do we see the same mourning for the MILLIONS being killed by western 'terror'? Our media has us so twisted around its not even funny. If we keep seeing these events as just isolated incidents, we are really quite blind

Don't accuse those who see these things as being disrespectful

PS: the 'stay behind army' is already in place.
Actually you're suggesting people be distrustful of the media and give thought to it being a false flag mission. So yes, you are implying something. It's also worth noting, you're far from the only person who sees the larger context of these issues. That's not at all what I find disrespectful. I find it disrespectful for someone to be questioning official stories, before we even have one. That also applies to those ready to deport refugees and mass kill Muslims. Anything at this point is agenda pushing, plain and simple.

Muslim terror should be placed in context, as in, they are justified somehow?

We are not blind, radicalism can be seen without the use of (mainstream) media. Nothing in the world excuses an attack such as this, context doesn't matter.
context does not excuse behavior, but it does help to understand it. And a greater understanding of any situation will lead to wiser reactions and solutions.

Context always matters imo. Otherwise we just jump around led by emotion.

And yes, I do think its smart in these days to 'question official stories before we have one...' I think the possibility of false flag scenarios these days are ripe and should always be considered, yet mainstream media NEVER even remotely even consider such things. In my perception western mainstream media lost all credibility a long time ago and should always be taken with a very big grain of salt.

-But listen, this is just me. I get that I tend to see things in a relatively extreme way, and certainly don't claim to know shit about this anymore than anyone. Shit's just coming in, these are initial reaction stages. This is mine; we come here to share, no? Maybe some others also see things similarly, I don't know. We all make sense the best we know how. All I'm really saying is for us all to keep our minds open, and don't let the mainstream media and politicians make up your mind for you. Don't let ourselves get consumed with fear and hate and start a mob mentality etc Lets wait for the facts to settle, etc before we beat more drums of war

for real? that is interesting

When G20 came to Toronto we had a whole new world of security over a couple o lousy black blocs in hoodies.

Watch this shit go into action in France if they don't cancel the meeting. -Is it scheduled to be held in a city?

And I appreciate your opinion. By all means, I love the discussions.

I am just telling you, I haven't watch a second of CNN or any of the other networks. The sources are numerous, from first hand accounts to tweets and images/videos on social media. I am just offering a contrasting view, to inform, rather than to persuade.

^ hmm

I can see that. Interesting. You suggesting people can knee-jerk too far the other way too?
I'd say so.

If I see "false flag" as a story breaks I immediately pull the other way. Afterwards I try to look at things more objectively.

I'm a contrary SOB though. ha ha

Absolutely. The odds that an official story is completely true are about the same as it being completely false. The truth almost always lies somewhere in the middle. At this point though, we have no facts from anywhere. We have some eye witness reports, that's about it, and no disrespect intended to any of the survivors but eye witness accounts in situations like that are notoriously inaccurate. Let's wait until the bodies are cold, and accounted for before we start trying to piece this tragedy together.

I wonder if pro-UN politicians like Merkel etc will continue to promote mass migrant integration and multiculturalism so loudly for a while... In Canada our new PM is boasting how he'll open the doors for a bunch of refugees. Will it still sound favorable to Canadians after this?

We have at least 25K of homeless people in Canada already who suffer from mental illness and addiction. It'd be nice if we could maybe take care of them first.

I spent most of yesterday applying for jobs in the Middle East.

Woke up to this, I think I'll go and teach in China next semester instead.
