I don't get this.
Does this mean everybody but Americans are cheap, no-tippers?

We leave a tip normally but its usually a couple of quid. Rarely, if you have exceptional service you may leave a fiver or a tenner on top of 10pc of the bill but that's only restaurants. Never in a pub and never in cafe, coffee shop, bar or nightclub.

We expect the employers to pay their employees wages from the price agreed upon entry of said establishment.
