Go outside, grab a log and start working out like Rocky in Russia.Not having the gym is really kicking the shit out of me, I've been sober for close to 12 years and don't have a real outlet other than exercising. Lots of snow on the ground here and the home workouts although they are better than nothing just don't provide as good as an outlet as the mental preparation it takes to go to the gym, the leaving house and the time away from it. Anxiety been increasing and I'm having to talk myself into the dialy chores and stuff I have to do so I imagine depression will be following.
