Anyone have any idea on whether the virus has been isolated, or satisfied previous gold standards known as Koch's Postulates?

I know there've been many court cases won on the premise that it hasn't been proven to exist as a virus.

Has the virus been found in tact in a healthy human body, isolated, or "regrown"?

I've been talking about this since we started using them and I had the insert for our own brand. Effectively perfect positives but miss a huge amount of negatives. Their good negative predictive value is only in a population that didn't have very much virus.

If you aren't very far into your course of disease, you aren't spittling out very much virus. It will be negative. Two days later it will be positive.

I hope not - around here people are waiting on lines for hours for tests; it's the stupidest thing and there's no way I'm exposing myself like that for unnecessary tests.

So far I just had to upload a photo of my vaccine card. We'll see what happens.

Actually meant to say also that my husband's job is requiring a booster too. He got his but I haven't.

Even the most diehard leftist 3x-vaxxed people I know are shaking their heads at the booster only being effective against omicron for 10 weeks - suddenly the attitude is, "no way am I getting a shot every 10 weeks. I don't know what this stuff will do to my body longterm"

So I think the concern is if places start requiring boosters, when will they require the next and the next? My husband already got his booster because of his heart issues, but as soon as they required it, he was anxious to look for another job.

And if not vaxxed, that's when the weekly tests come into play. It won't apply to you since you are vaxxed, but I agree - pretty dumb and a waste of resources. And you could make an argument that it does more harm than good.

Although I saw where some concessions were made for WFH and other situations.

With the way Omicron is spreading, I have my doubts that the existing vaccine/boosters even work against that variant.

USA is 70% vaxed, yet the current spread is nearly 3x what we saw before vaccines and lockdowns. It doesn't make any sense.
