That's simply not how a proper meta analysis works. There's no inclusion or exclusion criteria taken. They just took all comers no matter the quality of the study. They even brag about this, even though this is the antithesis of actual good research analysis...

All significant original contributions related to the use of the treatments we cover, including searches of the typical sources augmented by contributions from the community. Covering all research is important because it is easy to choose a search strategy that results in a subset of papers reporting a desired conclusion. This is especially so if one takes the conclusions reported in papers at face value without examining the actual data, methods, or regions of applicability.
And of course it's done by "anonymous experts" and the guy that runs the Twitter has his LinkedIn and is a business guy without a science background.

Here's a proper review.

Sure, that wasn't what my post was about tho. Whatever.

I'm vaxxed and test myself 2-3 times a week. I don't have to, but I want to.
I get the kits from my employer, so it's really no hassle for me.
You live a very privileged lifestyle. Those of us in the third world aren't allowed tests.

If you can justify masking the positive and going to work you should just mask the unvaccinated and assume they are positive. The policies feel like out together by individual committees without real planning or coordination.
It's a clown show.
