Decision was made after Fukushima.
Realistically, nuclear power is very expensive, the risk potential is huge, and we have no safe way to get rid of the waste.

Gas is cleaner than coal and is supposed to be the bridge between now and renewable.

Merika' hates us buying gas from Russia coz they want us to buy from them.

Really tho, it's literally none of their business. Pretty sure if ns2 wouldn't be as harshly targeted, the situation now would be different.

Ns2 is also a big investment for Russia, if it finally goes online, it especially is a way for us to put pressure on them! A reason for them to stay on our good side too. A reason for good business and rapprochement.

I got a old german friend who's 82 named Wolfgang. He tells me about all Germany's woes. About his family rebuilding brick by brick after the war How poor everyone was and how they made it work and became a global powerhouse again. Also how new germans keep taking and taking and germany is slowing falling apart. He blames merkel but I dont have all the info he has.

We are sad for your situation

Did you know one of the main reasons Merkel agreed to do another stint as chancellor was that she saw what a fuck up Trump was?
