It makes hot days feel insanely hot. Sometimes when I shower, I feel like I never dry.

Lol, Dummy. My folks got sick as hell when they went up to Pike’s Peak.
Just had some friends in from California and they always buy those oxygen cans to combat the altitude.
I didn’t think about it! But if I ever go back, I’ll definitely be more cautious. I was just trying to get out of my comfort zone, it was a solo trip for a wedding, but I did the hikes on my own - which is not something I even thought I’d do alone. Mid-September so the weather was amazing.
The weather is pretty damn good here though. We get lots of sun but the winter’s are weird. It was 60 yesterday coming back from the mountains and now we got a bunch of snow, should be good and sloppy this weekend. Es normal.
About to get hit by a decent winter storm. About 1/2" of ice followed by 6-12" of snow. Starts tomorrow and lasts until Saturday AM.
Looks like my camping trip is cancelled and I'll be spending the weekend digging out instead. Fun.

Powdery snow that creates drifts in the wind, probably eight deep in some places. I hate winter after Christmas
8-10 inches of snow on top of a thin layer of ice. 10 degrees this morning, but all the way up to 21 now.
Been that chilly a couple mornings here not that consistently!

Are they invasive in Finland? I would've thought not.
