there is no “Russian side to this issue” beyond an old imperialist legacy. Any educated Russian knows this. It’s like Iraq. There was no “American side,” or at least no legitimate narrative that justified the war. Don’t piss on me and tell me it’s raining.

I’d like to see some EU leaders stsrt telling the public that if they are screaming for SWIFT and NATO support that there will indeed be a big trade off for them. Start preparing those who want major intervention that they will feel it too.
So the medical document posted was translated and sounds like they're recruiting medical professionals from all over Russia to head to the front- possibly to treat Ukrainians and buy goodwill. Not clear, though as it sounds like this is sudden- you'd think they would have planned medical support. Maybe they didn't expect the resistance they're receiving. Could also be related to Chernobyl.
