Curious what the intelligence red line is for direct NATO intervention. What would they have to see or have credible intel on to act regardless of whether Article 5 is technically triggered? ICBM launch? Blatant atrocities like machine-gunning civilians in the metro tunnels? There has to be a tip-over point.
