I would imagine staff SCRAMed the reactor cores as soon as they came under assault. If the cooling system remains intact, we're good. It would be titanically stupid for Russian forces to breach a nuclear fucking reactor from within the fallout zone. It would be pretty stupid either way, but I just checked the prevailing winds and they blow down over the Black Sea toward Turkey, so also bad for Turkey.
I believe the real concern is the spend fuel pools and dry storage. Fire getting to them would be... bad.
