Also: From the satellite imagery I saw, planes would have taken that shit out with a quickness. The people in the shit generally know what they need. If they ask for it, you get it for them. Management 101.
We already do. If not for Ohio tourists, there would be nothing but meth addicts and strippers in Florida. Ohio has great zoos but, from a human trainwreck standpoint, the Florida "wildlife" is much more entertaining.
You actually see more Ohio license plates in Florida than you do Florida plates. There are two factors that cause this. The first reason I already explained above and the second reason is most Floridians can't afford cars.
