Bruv, we are talking Russia here. You know what happens to real Russians that are against the state, yeah? What do you think happens to "lesser" Russians and Ukrainians that aren't in favor of their hometown getting bombed to shreds? Putin will open a Hotel in Sochi for them? Sure thing bro.

This is one reason the whole "they should just surrender" talk is so painfully arrogant. Middle & Eastern Europeans have not forgotten what happened in and after ww2 even after a surrender. Not just by Nazi Germany, but also by the Soviets. Surrender was a worse option than fighting.

Nobody is saying that all ethnic Russian Ukrainians want to go to Russia as refugees. Many now rightfully despise Russia. Some don't though and do want to go to Russia.

Who do you think the separatists are, mete? Do you even understand the most basic details of this war?
