Legally Chris Rock could have pulled out a gun and shot Will Smith right?
Not sure were this took place but in CA you have to meet the force with equal force or what is called reasonably necessary so he could probably only respond with a strike not a bullet.

"California law allows use of force in self-defense or defense of others when you reasonably believe that you or they are in imminent danger of physical harm, and that force is necessary to stop the danger. However, you may only use the degree of force reasonably necessary under the circumstances."

I think I might use this opportunity to show solidarity for Will by banning myself from anything to do with the Oscars for the next 10 years.

You know all these things are sponsored by Pfizer?

Which is why we have skits like Andy Sandberg and co sing and dance and push their products and try to convince everyone to get flu shots a couple years ago.

This latest incident was all about raising awareness for alopecia (which hardly anyone had heard of before this incident) which Pfizer would like some investment money to bring their new drug in the pipeline to market.

Oh yeah.

Pfiser just ordered Will Smith - A list movie star for the last 30 years - to go up on stage and physically assault a presenter, and then drop TWO F bombs at the top of his lungs on the live Oscar broadcast.

Make sure that he does it one hour before he wins the Best Actor Oscar - the pinnacle of his career. Except nobody cares about that any more, why? Because he punched Chris Rock, humiliated himself in front of the entire planet, and tanked his career literally right at its highest point.

Also he'll get banned from the Oscars for 10 years because of it.

And Will Smith agreed to this, and so did Chris Rock, and so did the Academy.

Because............ Pfizer told them to.

Yeah. Righto.

Hey Hwoarang @Hwoarang - if Pfizer had the ability to rewind time, how much do you think Will Smith would pay them to rewind time so he could go back and NOT have an emotional meltdown causing him to hit Chris Rock in the face on the Oscars stage on live TV and instantly turn himself into literally the biggest laughing stock on the planet? On the night of his legendary career's greatest triumph, in fact?

Or, the reverse.

How much money do you reckon Pfizer paid Will Smith - who measures his net worth in nine figures and who has been one of Hollywood's biggest stars since the mid-nineties - to do that?

To completely humiliate himself in front of the entire planet, ruin his career, and get himself banned from his industry's biggest event for the next decade? The same event that he would have been this year's king of, if not for his public freakout?

Oh, and anyone who doesn't pay attention to Hollywood gossip and didn't know that his wife who he loves....... isn't into him, publicly talks shit on him on the regular and constantly makes a fool of him by openly and publicly fucking any young buck with a set of abs who makes her forget that she's 50........ well, anyone who didn't know that before, sure as hell knows it now.

How much $$$ do you reckon Pfizer put on the table to get Will Smith to jump at that sweet, sweet deal?

Or did they just force him to do it against his will because yeah, that sounds plausible?

So you're saying that they replaced Will Smith with a reptile clone after stealing Jada's hair?
