Second trimester fetuses are mostly able to survive outside of the womb. They're just medium rare as oppose to well done. Medicine is really amazing in some facets. A friend of mine had his daughter born at 4 months. She was tiny and brought to term in an incubator but once released from the hospital had no health issues at all.

I could also mention a real life event that happened to us at 21 weeks which would have meant a still born baby and the possible death of my wife Without the life changing procedure we had to go through. We buried our baby.

seems like you're blurring a line between Natural Rights and Legal Rights. I do think a "right to privacy" was attempted by the 3rd Amendment, but a real "Right to Privacy" constitutional amendment is the best answer.
for example: your creator doesn't grant you the right to vote when you turn 18. You have a right select your representatives, and the law/due process draws the line at 18 years old.
No one is disputing a "right to your body", the question is where the legal line is drawn that defines "your body". Now we have different jurisdictions drawing different lines, and some jurisdictions allowing some creative legislating around who gets to draw that line.
I just see the whole situation as a big political fireworks show. This election as referendum on "abortion" is going to play a lot better than a referendum on "foreign policy", "corruption/transparency", or "economic policy". You already hear people demanding that Biden pack the court and calls to end the filibuster.
