You haven't decided what you're going to do with the ones before that which is the actual topic at hand...
But again, that's literally the law that's being undone that spawned this thread that pretty much everybody is saying. Why are you trying to undo this. That's what everybody is saying is wrong.

By implication you seem to support that line in the sand as it reasonable compromise. So why are you going to bat so hard for the guys that want to bring abortion down to conception?

He is pro choice under 21 weeks. And if there is a medical condition he is also for the woman.

He just doesn't want to type it.

you get that because I did basically post that years ago. I also believe I have the right to believe someone is trash for using abortion as birth control.

but I’m on a team because Im not afraid to say anything after that point is murder and birthing people And doctors who are part of those abortions should be held accountable.

You support undoing a federal protection, a right via the constitution, to 20 week and earlier abortions that is codified into law. You support that if someone is in the wrong state their neighbors should have the right to ban that persons abortion.

The thread is about Roe V Wade (and with it Casey), the protection of abortion before the time of viability, going away. And you stated that you support that happening.

So I am trying to find how someone that:

that's the legal basis for the Roe v Wade decision. That it's a medical procedure and privacy laws apply.

I'm not sure that's accurate. As far as I'm aware states are able to ban second and third trimester abortion, but it isn't mandatory for them to do so.
