How has Musk replaced Trump as the figurehead for the MAGA crowd? Are Musk’s politics in line with that?
It’s such a strange psychology for these right wing macho bros. They seem to need to create a larger than life figurehead to worship. They made a king out of a corrupt business con man in Trump, and now they are raising up Musk who seems to share in common a flair for self promotion, egotism, and for inflating the importance of or straight up manufacturing his achievements.
For such rugged individualists, these strange Musk/Trump dudes sure seem to have a strong need to create a daddy who has all the answers.
