I have both on video and in person. I don't recall posting such a video recently, but I may have not so recently. Then again, I suppose that depends on what each of us consider to be recent.
Either way, I haven't read/seen anything that would suggest the border patrol agents shot any children, and I find it unlikely for the reasons I stated.
Judging by the title, I guess the author wishes to have the law changed so that every American is required to be armed with a firearm.
