Just want to clear up a few things

I keep hearing people Claim over and over again that Israel stole the land that was once the Palestinians. Let me just hit you with a little bit of knowledge even though im sure it wont matter to certain people.

First the land never belong to Palestine prior to Israel it was owned by Britain and for 300 years prior to that it was owned by the Turks. Palestine never existed as a country. So obviously they are not occupying anyone's land. I suppose you forgot why they occupy Gaza and West Bank. It was because they were being attacked from there. Indeed an entire war was waged from those areas. Israel occupied those lands as a buffer between them and Arab communities in order to prevent futher attacks. And minimize atrocities committed by these terrorist groups.

Thats cool my man youre allowed. If i was them i would embrace some of the amazing changes Israel made, they turned that nothing into something amazing. Look at most of the middle east, except for a few countries its a fucking cesspool. What do you think they would have done? Now im certainly not saying i agree with every move Israel makes but for the most part they are not exactly dealing with sensible people. We all know whats up with the middle east i dont think we have to play dumb.

Look at most of the middle east, except for a few countries its a fucking cesspool. What do you think they would have done? Now im certainly not saying i agree with every move Israel makes but for the most part they are not exactly dealing with sensible people. But you are not them. And you can say that now with the knowledge you have now, but can you really see their point of view at those points in time? I doubt it.

Would I rather live in Israel than in Syria? Sure thing. But this is coming from my perspective in my culture. I also have to respect the perspective of other people who might chose differently.
A couple of colleagues actually went to Syria on vacation about 10 years ago. These people lived a simple life, but if they are happy with that, why not? Change is always frightening anyway, and even more so when it comes from the outside and is huge. It is quite normal that opposition forms to that.
It's a similar argument to native Americans and the dudes who came over from Europe..
