Sounds like a mostly peaceful protest was allowed in to the US Capitol during a ceremony. The crowd got rowdy and started stealing phones and trying to take the floor of the Chamber...which forced an end to the ceremony. A few started looking for US Reps, so the cops shot one of them.
I'm a gamblin man...to me, it's about the action. $50 his conviction gets overturned on appeal? We can have a neutral party here hold our money in escrow, so neither can back out or not pay.
