Got in his truck that already had a shotgun in it. Drove up on a black man , got out of the truck and pointed the gun at him. Called the cops and held him at gun point. Man was completely innocent. Turns out it was someone setting off fireworks.

but considering that the guy didn't file a complaint, it happened once in a split-second decision, and that Fetterman wasn't convicted of a felony, no.
It's absolutely not disqualifying.
You can't trash Uvalde police for doing nothing AND trash Fetterman for doing something. He didn't harm anyone, and I didn't see any indication that the race of the individual was a factor in his decision. It's a real stretch to call Fetterman a racist over this situation.

it's a long reach to say he's not fit to represent his constituents. If the parents had charged in with guns and killed the guy, we'd be calling them heroes. They'd probably be charged with felonies and disqualified from holding office.
But none of that happened here. It might disqualify Fetterman from an individual's vote, but it's not a pattern of bad judgment or recklessness with firearms.
