because he's not the only person to be so afflicted after a stroke, about a third of stroke victims have some sort of communication issue. The most common is speaking, but a stroke is a brain injury and sometimes neural paths have to be reformed - which takes time. Fetterman's relative age/health indicates he'll make a recovery, especially given the resources he has available.
I don't blame him for not releasing his health records, I think a right to privacy is a Natural Right. If his doctor say he's fit to run, that should be enough. Remember Trump's doctor? LoL. If that guy can make blanket health statements for the POTUS, I'll have to take Fetterman's doctor at his word.
