how hard is it to grasp that Parole Boards still determine who gets released? what social purpose does removing the option of parole serve in sentencing? If Parole Boards are so inept as to release dangerous criminals, shouldn't we do away with Parole altogether?

And before you tell me it costs more to execute someone - I'd get rid of the endless appeals process too.
But I'm resonable - I'd be open to a life spent in servitude to the public resulting in a net zero tax burden, but if you take a life - on purpose - you lose the right to have one. Forever.
