Baked chicken breast with spices, rice cooked with renderings of said chicken and spices, black beans dressed up, fresh cilantro in abundance, a dash of soy sauce, a few drizzles of tapatio and smoked paprika for that extra pop.
I had some really terrible Marsala last week when I was in NYC at some fake Italian place near Times Square. Had to come home and make my own.
Yea yea I know I should have known being near Times Square. But we had two kids with us and limited time before the Lion King started so we rolled the dice.

This may look like a lot of what I've recently posted, but it may not look like it but it's got a surprise. Chicken thighs, potatoes, frenched green beans, and the "hopefully" star of the show, blood orange and mint basmati rice. I had a few morrow blood oranges left on my tree, plus some good sprigs of mojito mint looking like they wanted to be clipped. Hopefully this all goes together.
