On a side note, I wish there was a better term than "cancel culture". It's ran it's course along with "snowflake". Politically correct as well and can't forget about woke which is just about there too as well IMO...

What's shocking is there isn't any self-policing that I can see.
It sort of takes it from the "I'm not ashamed of who I am" event that it's supposed to be to a "Fuck you, we'll do whatever we want" event.
Herd Mentality/behaviour...Some folks don't wanna ruffle any feathers of their chosen "side" of *insert here* culture war, easier to assimilate and comply.
Sad really, but certainly an observable human instinct for many who join "groups"

Quite surprising how efficient the current propaganda machine can be, people simply stop thinking for themselves and require programing to figure out their "identity" and "beliefs".
