I drive as fast as I want anyway.Well for one, most cities here are so old, you have to work with inherited problems. As for stacking people over another.. hmm I believe your cities have more skyscrapers. No clue about the postal system, seems fine here.
And we can still drive as fast as we want.

I live in one of the least densely populated parts of western Europe and guess what? There are roads everywhere rural as fuck, riddled with roads
