I would have given that to Francis but I can see Fury making he case for his own activity being why he won.

Have to watch this a few times again.

Ngannou made 10 mil I wonder if he ever made that in the UFC. Fury is supposed to make 50 mil. Ngannou is probably going to end up making like 50 mil outside the ufc. He should set up a wilder fight for 12 million.

Fury is used to being able to lean on guys to tire them out. Ngannou is used to guys like Lewis and Stipe leaning on him for 5 minutes rounds while hitting him with shots.

I said earlier in the thread that it's apparent Fury did 0 prep for this fight. He didn't take Francis seriously and made both him, and his sport looks fucking ridiculous. It also shows you just how fucking good and smart Floyd is.

gotta be pissed if your Dana and now your HW division is a joke and you don't have a legit champ...UFC HW Belt is obviously still Francis Ngannou's

It isn't Jon or Stipe's, it isn't gonna be Pavlovich or Aspinall because you don't next want to crown them next weekend to protect your bullshit "Legacy HW Title Fight"

I'm not even saying he won any fights lately, just that he is still UFC Champ in many eyes and he went elsewhere and had a good showing while UFC HW division makes no sense

I don't consider boxing a fight, just a match. Same with MMA although it is closer to all weapons allowed than boxing.

Dana is pissed for financial reasons. It doesn't hurt the HW division outside of Jon Jones.

Boxings heavyweight division was the big loser last night.

Francis was incredibly inconsistent during his UFC career and now he's off to fight enhancement talents. PRIDE didn't have the best HW division because they had Fedor. PRIDE had the best HW division because they had best HW's. According to Francis, PFL has no one to fight him. To the point that on Rogan he was suggesting that PFL is open to bringing fighters from other promotions (including the UFC). On the other hand the UFC still has the best HW's in the sport, and at least two of them have wins over Francis so their product legitimacy is just fine for the time being.

However, Dana missed out on a bunch of cash (in his defense he made the correct decision at the time, no one ever thought Fury would be so irresponsible) and Jon can't get his win over Francis so his GOAT claims have just floated away, probably forever. If Francis is smart (he isn't) he'll take his money and ride off into the sunset as the greatest heavyweight combat sports athlete the world has ever known. Instead he'll probably take a fight against Deontay thinking that he got through the Fury fight on his skill alone and get KO'ed half way through the fight. Then he'll fight some jobbers in PFL while still trying to market himself as that guy that almost beat Tyson Fury. He and Jones will finally fight when they're in their mid-40's and no one will care.

Wilder is physically weaker than fury and a crappier chin if ngannou lands some of the punches he landed on fury wilder is getting ko'ed.

If and when they fight I hope Wilder takes the fight more seriously than Fury did. Tyson dodged a bullet with that split decision...

Ngannou would easily push wilder around in the clinch that video I posted above demonstrates why. Wilder and Joshua have below average jaws they are the arlovskis of boxing. I would like to see ngannou vs ruiz that would be entertaining. Or ruiz and wilder I think ruiz could ko him.

I think francis is going to lean on wilder and gas him out worse than fury did because he is stronger than fury and knows how to use his body weight in a clinch to lean on people all mma fighters do like they do against the cage. I think ngannou is a harder puncher than fury. wilder chin especially when exhausted would not hold. the guy also does not have a lot of heart when he is losing. Usyk is more of an interesting fight vs ngannou or even ruiz.
