Not biased, Looked like he interfered with the fielderBS call. Infield fly rule, the ball was dead, SS ran into him while he was just going back to the base and attempted to avoid him.

The infield fly rule was created to protect the runner from the fielder intentionally letting the ball drop for a double play. Not this shit.
The ump had already called the IFR. The ball was dead.
Infield fly isn't really a dead ball - it's just an automatic out on the pop up. The runners are still free to do as they wish but the force outs are removed as they no longer have to advance, but they do need to get back to the initial bag on a catch.BS call. Scenario - IF the contact was intentional and say the ball bounces off the SS head into left field allowing the runners to advance, that could be called interference based on intent.
So...it is possible for a runner to interfere on an infield fly. The ball isn't dead. It's just an automatic out.
But the call on this play?

I do have to LOL @ the continued ignorance on Ty Cobb history. This dude has no idea he's been hoodwinked by an author (Alvin Stump - Tiger's beat writer ) who released a "tell all" book about Cobb AFTER Ty had died. Convenient as dead men can't defend themselves.
Unfortunately, people still believe his hit piece as factual, despite the author himself being banned from multiple newspapers back in the day for completely making shit up.

I watched a few Yankees games earlier in the season and he looked lost at the plate.
He crushed it in May for sure. He's now on pace for a 55 HR season.

Rookie sensation Paul Skenes was on the bump for PIT. I'd never seen him pitch before. Dude is FUCKING NASTY. Hit 102 mph on his 4-seamer.
In 5 starts he is 3-0 with a WHIP of 1.00
38 K's to only 6 walks. 27 innings.

22 years old

I think they need to stay away from the infielders. Shit just happens too fast. Outfielders are OK in my book - but at the same time the announcer needs to ask short, easy questions immediately after a pitch.
I actually think the on-field shit will go away and it will be dugout interviews for someone in the game but not due up to hit that inning. More time for convo, and you'll get better answers because the player isn't trying to do 2 things at once.
