Putin did indeed meet the leader of one of the poorest countries in the world. It's possible Putin has shared nuclear secrets but highly doubtful and unlikely. There are no facts to support this conspiracy theory. Logic and the fact of the agreement they signed allows North Koreans to be used as soldiers for Putins war in Ukraine. Logic and facts show us that Lil Kim generates huge income for his regime by using his population as slaves to be sold around the world for various purposes.

This is also true. But what you failed to add is South Korea has been doing this since 2017. It stopped another Russian ship under 2 months ago for the same reason...
