This is a slowmo of the bullet going through Trump's ear. Since this won't embed, check out Mr. Guns N Gear's channel on Truth for any of you on that platform. The bullet clearly goes directly through the upper portion of ear leaving a complete hole. It didn't graze, nor did it tear the upper rim of the ear.

He never went near the magnetometers and had the rife disassembled (I'm guessing just simple upper and lower) in the backpack from what I heard from Bongino. He put the rifle together most likely once he made it to the roof.
Once they announce a “hard look into this issue”, nothing will come out of it but grandstanding and useless talks
