General Stem cells jacked into my shoulder earlier today

It hurt my bitch ass a little bit, but it was black out time for few seconds and I woke up with a hot, great ass, nurse looking at me

I finally came out and looked at her and nodded at her and she “ah, Mr Robbie is ok now, he’s back with us”

The process is pretty easy. They take blood and spin it in some machine and 30 minutes later you get injected.

I’m still due for some nasal spray stem cells to correct my head issues (I know, I have a lot), but frontal lobe got fukt in that accident from January

Been through rehab/physical therapy and that only does so much
It’s a disco game with lawyers and insurance companies and I told them no more physical therapy and they finally offered stem cells
The technology is beyond my comprehension but the chick who took my blood said “1 to 3 times of this and you’re going to be so relieved of the issues you’re having”
I’m willing to try it as I’m not hanging out with a bunch of 90 year olds in physical therapy. It makes me think, “what’s the point” when no one around me gets better
I’m tired of the game playing. Let’s get to the end game

My rotator cuff got tightened up after I broke my clavicle it is a side effect doctors have to loosen it up.

I have done it all for a shoulder tear. I did PT, rehab swimming and then got a scope, SLAP repair, and some bone spurs removed. Once that was healed, I started doing PT with dry needling. Honestly, I would encourage dry needling with STIM (tens unit in accupuncture needles) for the muscle issues that come with shoulder injuries in the traps, rhomboids major/minor, etc.

It’s not fun but there is no pain. Just a muscle reaction when the PT finds a trigger point that needs to be released. You don’t even really feel the needle at all.
